As a result of the COVID-19 conditions we have made changes to our appointment scheduling and clinic operational procedures. Our modified protocols increase patient safety while placing an emphasis on preventing the spread  the virus:

When arriving for an appointment, patients will be escorted into the clinic by a staff member.  Until you are escorted feel free to sit comfortably in your vehicle or outside the window (weather permitting) . Before entering, we will take your temperature.  If your temperature exceeds 100.4 we will have to reschedule your appointment. We encourage you to take your own temperature one day prior to, and right before, your appointment.

COVID-19 symptoms vary and include fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing, body aches, chills, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell, confusion, inability to move, bluish lips or face, pressure in the chest to MILD or NO symptoms at all. If you feel you’ve been exposed or are experiencing any of these symptoms, we can easily reschedule. Other symptoms can be concerning but also may be “normal” for certain individuals, e.g. Allergies.

We require all patients to wear a mask while at the clinic  – once we approach for your temperature readings and through the conclusion of the visit.

Appointments will be staggered to prevent overlap between patients and to provide more time to sanitize and keep the safest clinic environment possible. As a result appointments may not be as easily available.  Thank you for your patience during this period and with the new protocols at the clinic.
